How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer standard delivery via Royal Mail which typically takes 2-3 working days. Next-day delivery options are available for orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Thursday.
Do you offer a board assembly service?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can select 'Professional Assembly' at checkout and our team will build your custom complete for free.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or assembled unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is often based on personal preference and shoe size. Generally, 7.5" to 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and above offers more stability for transition and ramps.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a reference number to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you price match other UK skate shops?
We strive to offer the best value. If you find an identical item in stock at another UK-based authorized retailer for a lower price, please contact our support team to request a price match.
